Beer Bread

Ingredients

3 cups flour

3 T sugar (white or brown)

1 T 1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

 

1 bottle or 1 can beer (12 oz)

2 T oil

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix together dry ingredients. Add beer and oil and combine. Dough usually has a sticky consistency. Grease 5x9 bread pan. Place dough in prepared pan and spread into corners. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown on top.
