- Sliced bananas (as many as you like!)
- Coconut oil
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Brown sugar (optional)
- Lightly drizzle oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Arrange banana slices in pan and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until browned.
- Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.
