Wow! Beehive gingers, ‘Zingiber spectabile’, make up the most extraordinary and unique arrangement that Hana Tropicals offers. During the summer, we have a wide selection of beehive gingers flourishing all over our farm. What better way to celebrate summer than with this exquisite bouquet?

Also known as awapuhi, the gel that you find in between the bracts of the leaf structure is actually a wonderful, healthy shampoo!

The Beehive ginger originates in Southeast Asia and is used for both its ornamental beauty and medicinal properties. This seasonal flower flourishes in the spring & summer. There is no better way to send a gift than to celebrate these unique and fragrant flowers.

I purchased this arrangement to send to my parents for their anniversary. They were delighted, and the arrangement was truly beautiful.

    Unexpectedly beautiful

These flowers arrived two days ago and even though we've ordered several times before and always enjoyed the flowers from Hana, these are extra-special. Normally these beehive ginger blossoms are included in arrangements with other flowers and look great that way, but seeing a large number of them all together is stunning. Some of the blossoms came with flowers opening and others have since opened. I plan to order these again before the summer abundance of them runs out.
